Most AD frames are designed using BIKE CAD PRO. We were one of the first companies to start using this program and have even helped in some of its development. All frames are then fabricated to a tolerance of +/- 1mm.
We also use full size hand drawings for some custom projects like custom choppers, cruisers, forks and such.
